Rubino is a small and refined apartment located inside an ancient building in the historic center of Bologna. 

The Rubino apartment is located on the second floor and overlooks a private interior garden. 

The southern orientation gives to the apartment maximum brightness. 

The Rubino has been expertly renovated to make the best use of every space to provide maximum comfort for guests. 

I personally oversaw the renovation by choosing the furnishings with special attention to detail.

By combining modern designer furniture with antique furnishings, I created an understated and elegant atmosphere without sacrificing functionality.

The building has an elevator and garage.
