All bookings are secured by credit card.

Reservations will be considered valid only after you have received my confirmation email.

Terms and Conditions

the settlement of accounts is on departure and payment by cash or cheque (subject to a valid cheque guarantee card) ensures that I do not have to pass on the credit card surcharge. This currently stands at 3%. Accepted cards: Visa or Mastercard.

For those using a credit card, nothing is taken at the time of booking, however, the booking is still subject to the usual cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy

Any request for modification or cancellation must be received in writing by e-mail at info@bolognanelcuore.net

You can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours prior to arrival without incurring any charge.

A cancellation fee equal to the cost of one night will be applied in case of cancellation in the last 48 hours or no show.
