B&B Bologna nel Cuore doesn't offer any reception services. Make sure to properly arrange your arrival time while booking

All bookings are secured by credit card.

Reservations will be considered valid only after you have received my confirmation email and after the payment of the 30 % of the total amount.

Terms and Conditions

The rest of the payment is expected to be settle at departure. Payments can be made by a link on Sumup or Paypal or by cash at the arrival.

For payments made on line a 2,50% bank commission will be applied     

Cancellation policy

Any request for modification or cancellation must be received in writing via e-mail at info@bolognanelcuore.it

You can cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to arrival without incurring any penalty charge. 

A cancellation fee corresponding to the deposit of 30 % will be applied in case of cancellation in the last 30 days or no show.
